What is your Emotional Personality Type?

Some of us have no problems to show their emotions others really have a hard time. Through our parents and significant others, we learn as a child how to see the world. Our parents give us our first set of Rules of Living. Throughout life we adjust these rules, some of them we drop. Parts of them is also how we see other people and ourselves in this world. Some of us might have no problem to enter a party and be the center of attention whereas others rather like to avoid parties. We evaluate who we are in this world and how others perceive us.

Our Emotional Personality Type can have different facets, someone who is quiet might still enjoy life but has adopted more of an observer role. Sometimes people who are loud and seem confident might try to hide issues with insecurity and low self-esteem.

You can change your Emotional Personality Type!

Please understand that our Emotional Personality Type can change at any time. It always depends on what times we go through in our lives and with what kind of people we surround ourselves with. It is so important that we are in a nurturing circle of friends as they will be supportive in regards to our goals and dreams. If you feel you want to change your Emotional Personality Type, I highly recommend looking at who your friends are. What belief system is holding you back? Do you maybe recently have experienced loss in any form or way like loss of a relationship, job, health?

Our inner world (emotions and feelings) always shows in our behaviors. If you want to change your behavior, you need to change your thinking.
